Last week’s interim results from Deepverge (DVRG) demonstrated how it had misled investors as to its lack of, even EBITDA, profitability and its near insolvency in the run up to the June 7 £10 million rescue placing at 30p. Now wonder the shares have been sliding ever since, they are now just 26p to sell. Anyone holding this stock is insane in backing a company that, through omission not act, misleads folks as to how it is trading. Good companies just don’t behave that. Only bad companies run by scumbags like Gerry Brandon.

AIM dog Brady (BRY) will shortly be taken over by PE firm Hanover at 10p a share. If the deal is not supported by shareholders the company will go bust. I have already twice written to the FCA and AIM Regulation demanding that they investigate how Brady and its Nomad Cenkos mislead investors. Today the scale of that deception has become clear.

The real problem that Carillion (CLLN) has its its balance sheet. It clearly needs a debt for equity swap and placing which will see shareholders diluted to buggery. This remains a slam dunk short. But it never rains but it pours. It seems that Carillion may have misled investors.

When serving up god-awful FY numbers on deadline day ( June 30th) it was shown that uber dog Servision (SEV) had serially misled investors and indeed told outright lies over the prior half year. Rover also served up its second profits warning in two weeks with the god-awful numbers and 'fessed up "Our working capital position is tighter than we anticipated" - I should cocoa. Today it got worse.

Avanti Communications (AVN) has surprised no-one with a grim old trading statement covering the year to June 30th 2016. But the CEO who boasts of how he misled investors with a faked demo to raise funding has - as usual - tried to make a shit sandwich more palatable by serving it covered in oodles of jam tomorrow. But there is something that bombastic prick David Williams is not telling you....

Avanti Communications (AVN) the drowning in debt satellite operator run by a man - David Williams - who has boasted about how he misled to investors to raise capital, by faking a product demonstration, has served up a trading update. As ever with Avanti it is packed with jam tomorrow but the reality is that it is the usual Williams fare, a shit sandwich.

I noted in a previous article HERE that Phorm (PHRM) was only a few weeks away from running out of cash and going tits up. Notwithstanding its $10 million fund raise in March it will be on its way to PLC heaven in mid-August unless some more mug punters like Evil Knievil are found to keep this fare going. I know that the company is telling a jam tomorrow story to investors right now. But before they fall for that ask Phorm about Brazil.
Now groupies of this stock state that Brazil is old hat. Phorm says it is winding down there to focus on higher growth opportunities, like Turkey and China. But as I revealed HERE that is a lie. Phorm had to shut up shop in Brazil, as its operations were banned under law. The same happened in Rumania. And before that in the US, UK and the rest of the EU.
Now what I alert you to today is how Phorm misled investors over Brazil for almost three years.
